In the case of damaged or defective merchandise or item(s) that are the wrong size or color or shipped incorrectly, they may be returned and exchanged for an alternate item within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase. We do not do refunds at this time.
All returns will only be accepted with a return authorization (RA) number assigned by HuntLogix. An RA number can be obtained by email or by phone (information listed below). An order number will be needed to assign an RA number. You can choose to send your items by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the packing to be reviewed for return. All other shipments will be refused and returned to customer.
Upon receipt of returned items, they will be reviewed based on reason of return. If they meet the guidelines stated below, a replacement item or items will be shipped to the customer.
Unworn/Unused Merchandise: In the case that items ordered are of an undesired size, color or style, they can be exchanged once. These items must be in new condition and undamaged and still contain the original tags and labels and be in the original packaging (if any).
Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects or incorrect shipped items will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.
HuntLogix maintains the right to refuse any return that it deems non-compliant with above conditions. HuntLogix also maintains the right to change its return policy without notification.
